Bubble Rush is returning to Essex and it’s going to be BIGGER, BUBBLIER, and BETTER than ever! On Sunday 17th August 2025, join us at Carver Barracks, for an unforgettable 5K full of foam, colour and feel-good fun, all in support of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.
This is a BIG DEAL, Bubble Rush hasn’t been in Essex since 2018, and people have been asking for its return ever since.
What is Bubble Rush?
Bubble Rush is not your average fun run. It’s a family-friendly 5K where participants of all ages run, walk, dance or push their way through a course filled with FOUR foam-tastic bubble stations. At each station, high-powered foam cannons blast out colourful clouds of bubbles, creating a magical multi-sensory experience that’s as fun as it is unforgettable.

Why Take Part?
Bubble Rush is all about fun with a purpose. Every ticket sold helps raise vital funds for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, a life-saving charity that provides a free pre-hospital emergency medical service to people across Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
They’re not part of the NHS, and receive no National Lottery funding. It costs over £1 million every month to keep their helicopters in the air and critical care teams on the road – and that’s only possible thanks to the generosity of people like you.
So while you’re having the time of your life in the bubbles, you’ll also be helping bring emergency department-level care to those who need it most.
