Walk, run, toddle or dance
If you're not a runner, that's fun. You'll have just as much fun! It's not a race so you can walk, toddle or even dance around the course if you like. The most important things is that you finish with a smile on your face.
It's bubble-tastic!
Bubble Rush is a fun run with a difference - lots of coloured bubbles! The course is two laps of 2.5km (approx.) so you'll get to go through the colourful bubble stations twice - so DOUBLE the BUBBLES!
You'll be supporting a great, local charity
The Hospice of St Francis can help you if you are managing, or recovering from, serious illness. They help you to live your life well by improving symptoms, working with you to achieve personal goals – helping you to feel safe – and anything from getting back to work, enjoying family time to walking the dogs again.
The Hospice of St Francis’ care takes many forms and our professional team plus dedicated, trained volunteers care for people with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, motor neurone disease, dementia, heart disease, lung disease and neurological illness.
By signing up to the Bubble Rush you are helping The Hospice of St Francis to continue to provide their care to those locally to Hemel Hempstead.
