Walk, run, toddle or dance
If you're not a runner, that's fun. You'll have just as much fun! It's not a race so you can walk, toddle or even dance around the course if you like. The most important things is that you finish with a smile on your face.
It's bubble-tastic!
Bubble Rush is a fun run with a difference - lots of coloured bubbles! The course is two laps of 2.5km (approx.) so you'll get to go through the colourful bubble stations twice - so DOUBLE the BUBBLES!
You'll be supporting a great, local charity
This year, Deal Bubble Rush is brought to you by Demelza Hospice Care for Children based in Kent, South East London and East Sussex. Demelza believes that every child and young person who has a serious or terminal condition should receive the care and attention they need to live the most fulfilling life they can, and that families have the opportunity to build memories, for however long they have.
